When I decided to change how I ate, I gave myself free reign on experimenting with herbs, spices, extracts, seasonings, etc. I couldn’t stand the thought of eating boring food! I may have gone a bit overboard and my friends may pick on me for my alphabetized spice drawer, but it really has been a game changer.
Regardless of everything I’ve tried, I ALWAYS have to have this on hand. It’s that good.

Simple Seasoning Blend
Make sure your seasonings are still flavorful before you make it – dried spices tend to lose their flavor if they’ve been opened awhile.
Ingredients
- 5 parts Pink Himalayan salt
- 3 parts garlic powder
- 3 parts onion powder
- 1 part black pepper
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients and store in a shaker bottle.
