Avocado Salsa is what you make when you’re too lazy to make guacamole, but you want all the Mexican flavor.
We often have it for breakfast. I’ll make it while my husband, Matt, fries up eggs, and I’m usually finished before he is – it’s that quick and easy. It’s also great on hamburgers, as a dip, or straight off of a spoon, too!
It’s perfect for all of us low carb, Keto, real food people!

Avocado Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 avocado diced
- 1 roma tomato diced
- 1/2 small onion diced
- 1/4 c fresh cilantro diced
- Simple Seasoning, to taste or salt and pepper, to taste
