Preheat a regular oven to 450 degrees F or a convection oven to 400 degrees F. Coat a 9 x 13 pan with a light coat of olive oil or coconut oil to prevent sticking.
Brown and crumble the pork sausage. Drain and add the pizza sauce. Add the seasonings and simmer until needed.
Lightly beat the six eggs. Add the baking powder and almond flour and mix completely. Pour into prepared pan.
Top with sausage mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese and mini pepperoni.
In a regular oven, bake for 18-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly. If using a convection oven, bake for 14 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for a few minutes to firm up.
