Instant Pot Hard-Boiled Eggs

These hard-boiled eggs are beyond easy.  Once you make them, you'll NEVER go back to the traditional method.

Ingredients
  

  • eggs

Instructions
 

  • Place as many eggs as you want in your Instant Pot.
  • Add 1 cup of water.
  • Close the lid and set the pot for 4 minutes on Manual.
  • When the pot has finished cooking, allow the eggs to sit in the pot for 4 additional minutes before doing a Quick Release to release the pressure.  Be sure to avoid the steam.
  • Open the lid and carefully remove the hot eggs. Place them in an ice bath until cooled completely.
  • Peel and use immediately or save for later.
