Strawberry Orange Cobbler
This low carb, gluten-free cobbler is warm, gooey, sweet and crispy all at the same time. It's perfect with (or without) a little whipped cream.

Fruit Base
- 1 c strawberries sliced
- 2 t Pyure Sweetener or 4 t sugar, if not low carb
- 1/4 t orange extract
Topping
- 3 t plain (unsweetened) whey protein powder
- 1 t Pyure Sweetener or 2 t sugar, if not low carb
- 1/8 t baking soda
- 1 T cold butter
Preheat Air Fryer to 325 degrees using the Bake setting.
Mix together the ingredients for the fruit base and place in a 1 c ramekin.
Mix together the whey protein powder, Pyure and baking powder. Cut in the cold butter until crumbly. Place on top of the fruit base.
Cook for 5-6 minutes. The topping should just start to brown and turn crisp.
Remove and let cool slightly.
